Same answer I put on that "other" forum -

Why not just slow down the Tempo of Salsa songs you like, but are a bit too fast?
Windows Media Player used to be able to do this - right click and look under "Enhancements".
If the new versions don't support this, there is plenty of free software that will.

There are so many good tunes that are supposed to be slow that I can't see the point of that, personally.

The crowd I usually play for, most are 60+ years old. They love Salsa Dura, and have their favorites from when they were young. If I see couples struggling with the tempo, I will slightly slow things down - they may not even notice it. I run Serato, but all modern DJ software has this ability and it is easily done.

Salsa Romantica is also good for beginners.

There is an inherent problem with that. If it's used sparingly OK, but the over usage may create an appetite for that genre only . Like Yuca said, lotsa songs from which one may choose.
Fair comment; If one is also a DJ then our library will probably be more extensive .

It's a compulsory play in some (many) UK salsa nights. (I don't own a copy - never have and never will.)

To be brutally honest, that whole list is a waste of space imo. Although to be fair there are some good songs in it.
