Hi DJ Ara. I thought it was a pretty good track too. I've ruled out the other two albums and "Un Sonido Bestial El Concierto" is my prime suspect at the moment. Unfortunately this album looks to be expensive in the UK. I'll let you know how I get on.

I have this DVD. I love it. And I love this tune, the way Bobby Cruz is just kinda hangin' around, you know, waiting to sing, checking his cufflinks... and then damn, what a voice! And he was almost 70 years old when this was recorded. The most intense music in the universe is happening all around him and he's just as cool as a cucumber. His feet won't move. Brilliant!

I'm now holding "Un Sonido Bestial - El Concierto" in my hand and can confirm that this CD contains the version of the song I was looking for.

Can someone tell me what year Sonido Bestial was originally recorded by Richie Ray and Bobby Cruz?

Edit: never mind. It was 1971.
