I too am unable to upload my profile picture.
A second issue I have is that some of my replies to posts do not seem to be appearing. Some posts appear near instantaneously while others have not appeared 24 hours after posting. Perhaps the message board is slow in updating or undergoing some upgrades at the moment?
I don't mean to complain. I think this is an excellent message board. I am just curious about some matters as I am not a computer expert.

This happens because some of your posts trying some of our mechanism to protect the forum against spam. In such cases the delay happens because one of us moderators needs to manually approve your post before it appears. So no need to to worry about this.
Change your profile pic and it would work perfect.
I uploaded 105 X 150 my profile picture, it did not show up. I deleted and re-uploaded my profile picture and it still does not show up. Cute profile picture by the way Lolita!
Can any of the forum's technical staff help?

Hey everyone, I'm really sorry that this continues to be a problem, and have just let our tech team know that this still needs to be handled.Please understand that as a purely volunteer run site, we often have to wait a bit longer than we'd like for our tech team, but (a) that we do know of the problem, and (b) have just sent a reminder to tech that this still needs to be resolved.

I know the profile picture is a nice thing to have so others can see our picture and perhaps recognize us if another member is on the same dance floor as we are. They might think "hey, I was just chatting with her yesterday at salsa forums".
I real problem on the forums would be if the spam filter blocked out any posts that had keywords like dance, crossbody, spin, salsa, music, holds and rhythm. (joking)
